How secure is SuperVision?
Security is vitally important. We have safeguarded security in SuperVision by ensuring that all our services comply with KPN’s security policy (KSP) (https://ciso-ksp.kpnnet.org/framework/KSP). In addition, access to SuperVision can only be obtained through KPN GRIP (https://grip.kpn.com/nl).
Yes, you can. You don’t have to purchase your Microsoft licences from KPN. However, in the near future, new functionalities will be added to SuperVision that will not be available to clients who purchased their licences elsewhere.
SuperVision has been integrated into OneBase. We are working on integrating it with other tools, including ITSM tools.
